Although men might not usually let on about it, their sperm reserves aren’t really endless wells of baby-making good.
That means that the more frequent you and your partner have intercourse, the fewer the sperm count becomes, which leads to a lessened chance of conceiving.

It is true that prenatal vitamins can help soon-to-be mothers with improving their body to handle conception, but that’s as far as those pills go; they don’t really increase your chances of conception.
What they do, however, is increasing a woman’s body’s folic acid levels, which helps when you already have that bun in your oven.
10. Don’t Wait Too Long
